PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY.
Movie Tickets:
You must have a valid credit card or City Base Entertainment Gift Card to purchase Movie Tickets from GotoCityBase.com.
Any tickets purchased on our website, GotoCityBase.com, may be picked up at the theatre automated kiosks, Box Office or the Guest Service desk.
Tickets may also be redeemed by printing the ticket confirmation (with bar code) at home and presenting it for admission or by displaying this ticket on an electronic device for scanning.
Ticket Exchange/Refund Policy:
- In person at the theatre: A ticket may be exchanged, swapped or refunded prior to the show time of the ticket. Refunds/exchanges can be done in person at theatre, prior to the purchased showtime and cannot be done via email or telephone. This ticket has no cash value 30 minutes after the show start time.
Seat reservation for movie tickets purchased via this website is on a "best available" basis and is carried out by a prescribed computer program.
All passes and vouchers must be turned in upon redeeming, are valid for single use only, and subject to any restrictions listed on the pass/voucher.
By purchasing movie tickets via this Website you agree that:
(1) You will accept the seat reserved for each ticket purchased; and
(2) We make no warranties or representations to you that you will be seated in a particular seat, row or section of the relevant cinema.
Movie tickets are made available subject to the classification of the relevant film given by the MPAA Ratings System.
Prices for movie tickets on this website include sales tax (where applicable)
Super Saver Vouchers:
Mega Savers are discounted bulk tickets
They are 8.00 each and sold in bundles of 50
Mega Savers are redeemable at the City Base Entertainment box office
They do not expire and are not subject to pass restrictions
Mega Savers are not redeemable for cash
Mega Savers are not valid for special engagements
Premium Experiences require an additional fee per ticket for entry:
- 3.00 fee for CBX
- 3.00 fee for 3D films

LOYALTY MEMBERSHIP
BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS PROMOTIONAL PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM.
1) The City Base Entertainment Loyalty Rewards program is open to anyone except City Base Entertainment associates, their immediate family members and children under 13 unless they have parental or legal guardian consent. City Base Entertainment reserves the right to exclude others in its sole discretion.
2) You must present your membership card at time of purchase to receive points.
3) City Base Entertainment Loyalty Rewards members are awarded 1 point for every dollar spent at the theatre, kiosk, online and mobile app. Members will not be limited to daily maximum point restrictions. Members earn points only for the monetary amount tendered, points are not earned on Mega Savers or discounts, or when redeeming free admission tickets or Mega Saver passes. Points are earned when City Base Entertainment gift cards or gift certificates are purchased, not when they are redeemed.
4) City Base Entertainment Loyalty Reward Restrictions:
You may not use earned $5 Loyalty Rewards to purchase gift cards, Mega Savers, alcohol, auditorium rentals, group shows, field trips, catering events or for other similar events.
Points may not be earned when purchasing Mega Savers, auditorium rentals, group shows, field trips, catering events or for other similar events.
You must use your earned $5 Loyalty Rewards at time of purchase and may not exchange Loyalty Rewards for credit against a previous Qualified Purchase.
Loyalty Rewards are non-transferrable and have no cash value.
5) City Base Entertainment protects personal information we collect about members by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards. Advertisers and other companies do not have access to personal information and we do not share your personal information with advertisers or other companies that want to contact members. Members must designate not to receive information from City Base Entertainment, which may include coupon mailers, e-mail, Newsletters and other correspondence.
6) City Base Entertainment may amend or otherwise change these Terms of Conditions at any time without notice or liability, even if the changes affect point and/or Loyalty Reward quantities or values, by posting revised Terms of Conditions located at GotoCityBase.com/loyalty. Any such amendment or change will take effect immediately upon posting, unless otherwise provided.
7) City Base Entertainment reserves the right to change or discontinue the City Base Entertainment Loyalty Rewards program at any time without liability to any member.
